CANCELLATION CHARGES BEFORE CLEAR
- (a) 30 days before the function - 10%
- (b) 15 days before the function - 30%
- (c) 7 days before the function - 50%
- (d) Date of Booking or a day before - 80%
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Excepting drinking water, no eatables are allowed inside the auditorium, stage, greenroom. The court yard inside may be used for serving tea, coffee or snacks with prior permission.
- The auditorium will be available between 9.30 A.M. to 10.00 P.M. with Lunch break between 1.30 P.M. to 2.30 P.M. For extra hours, additional charge shall be made @ Rs. 700/- per hour.
- The auditorium shall be available with AC functioning for 4 hours only. Rest of the period shall be without AC, with fan only. However, on request AC can be supplied at a rate of Rs.800/- per hour extra.
- Five seats (Row B7 to 11) of the 2nd row shall exclusively be reserved for life members of Kala Vikash Kendra.
- The seating capacity of auditorium is stall 400 + Balcony 150 total 550.
- The KVK trust reserves the right to refuse / cancel any booking when the auditorium is requisitioned by the GOVERMENT or on any objection from local police, TPCODL.

LIGHT & SOUND PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FREE WITH THE BOOKING.
(a) Total light load of 4KVA as under:
- (i) Hologen flood light – 1000 W - Four
- (ii) Fresnel Halogen spot light 1000 W - Six
- (iii) Palco light - Five
- (iv) Par Light - 12 Nos.
- (v) Ceiling fans - 17 Nos
(b) During short duration of power failure not exceeding one hour, power will be supplied from the generator. Generator power supply beyond one hour shall be charged extra for diesel @ 6 liters per hour.(c) 6 stage microphones, one announcement microphone (stand) and 2 cordless microphone (hand) shall be supplied.(d) Use of electricity beyond 4KVA will be charged extra. - Use of LED / TV Screen by the party will be charged @ Rs.2000.00 per program.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLIANCE
- Parties bringing any stage properties must be fire proof. No open fire / inflammable material will be allowed on stage and auditorium.
- The party hiring the auditorium will be responsible for any loss / damage to Auditorium properties including those caused by members of the audience.
- The Trust will not be responsible for any loss / damage to the properties of the party used in the performance or kept in the auditorium premises.
- Smoking / drinking / spitting Pan / Chewing Gum are strictly prohibited in any part of the premises. No eatable or drinks or liquors are allowed within the premises of the Auditorium or green rooms etc.
- Posters / Banners / Publicity materials to be displayed, only on specified stands provided.
- No fire arms / weapons of offence or defence will be allowed within the premises.
- Fixing of nails, Screws etc. on the stage podium or any part of the auditorium is strictly forbidden.
- No vehicle parking will be allowed inside the compound.
- Other than for Video shooting, additional light can not be brought from outside without prior permission.
- KVK Trust shall not be responsible for failure of electricity, audio / lighting Aircondition system and water supply for any reason whatsoever.
Rules made by the management will be binding on the party booking the auditorium.
AUDITORIUM USAGE
The Auditorium is meant for exclusive use of KVK own performances. When it is vacant, we accommodate Government and NGO's engaged for socio-cultural activities, and educational trainings. Permission is not given for the followings.
- (i) Commercial ticketed shows, Fashion shows, Marriage, Thred ceremony and other private social functions.
- (ii) It is mandatory for the organisation to ensure discipline within the invited audience and to ensure that it is made smoke free zone.
- (iii) During programme all the vehicles should be in the space provided for parking, to avoid unnecessary traffic Jam.

| j. | This auditorium is the pride of Odisha. Parties are requested to be careful against any damage. |
| k. | Receipt from TPCODL office is to be shown if electricity connection is taken from over-head distribution system. |
